In 1976, a few buddies opened a pizza joint in Boulder, Colorado.
And from the start they agreed to base Old Chicago on a few basic principles: Serve up delicious, handmade pizza, have the best lineup of cold beers in town and always treat the Guests like family.
Three decades later these principles still thrive at Old Chicago. Our food is savored for its freshness and flavor, our lineup of 110 beers is famous for its variety and our Guests can always expect our warm, genuine hospitality.
